Person-Centered services for individuals with developmental disabilities, helping to achieve personal goals, with an emphasis on vocational skills, community inclusion, and independent living

Provides daytime activities for individuals who are developmentally disabled. Individuals need not be visually impaired. Individuals each have a person-centered plan of activities designed to make them more independent, and community volunteer experiences.

Offers hourly Community Habilitation for families of children/adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. Caregivers and families can also engage with their peers and participate in skill-building activities.

Provides Medicaid Service Coordination (MSC), non Medicaid Service Coordination, respite services, Community Habilitation services, Day Habilitation services as well as Individual Support Services (ISS) for individuals who have Developmental Disabilities and/or mental disabilities, and Fiscal Intermediary Services.

A day program which helps Medicaid eligible individuals with developmental disabilities develop personal, social, and work readiness community integration through many activities and opportunities within a structured environment. Services may include daily living skills instruction, recreational and social activities, exercises to improve coordination and pre-job training to help participants develop and maintain the functional skills required for community involvement, self-advocacy, self-care and employment.
