Description

Services individuals ages 21 and over with intellectual and other developmental disabilities and provides them with the necessary supports and services to pursue personal interests, learn valuable skills and reach life goals. Satisfying and rewarding connections in the community are accessible and encourages. Clinical services are provided. These services are also offered at locations in Ronkonkoma, Shoreham, Westhampton Beach, and 2 locations in Bohemia. Call for more information.
