Provides Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention for children from birth to five years of age diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Offers on site Comprehensive Audiological Services: newborn hearing screening, diagnostic ABR/ASSR, VRA and behavioral audiometry, immitance testing, pediatric hearing aid fitting and programming/BAHA services, pediatric cochlear implant mapping, and device troubleshooting and repair. Offers Infant/Toddler and Preschool Educational Programming, including everyday listening strategies for the home; parent involvement based on auditory verbal principles; natural conversations as the basis of communication; weekly interaction with hearing peers; individualized speech and language therapy services; and integrated programs that include occupational therapy, physical therapy and other related services as needed. Provides a variety of services in home and community based settings to assist with improving the quality of life for people with disabilities and their families via OPWDD and OMH. Supports include respite, community habilitation, recreation, after school programming, summer programming, broker services, early intervention services, children's mental health services, intensive parent training, children's health homes, and employment services.

Offers a voluntary developmental evaluation and services program offered by New York State and administered locally by the Nassau County Department of Health Office for Children with Special Needs. To be eligible for EI services, children must be under 3 years of age and have a confirmed disability or established developmental delay, as defined by New York State, in one or more of the following areas of development: physical, cognitive, communication, social-emotional, and/or adaptive. Evaluations are conducted to determine eligibility. A variety of therapeutic and support services are offered to eligible infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families. Major provisions of the program include: Identification and referral of children at risk or suspected of disability by primary referral sources; Periodic developmental screening and tracking of at risk children; Service coordination for eligible children and families; A multidisciplinary evaluation provided at no cost to parents to determine eligibility; Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) for eligible children and families; Provision of early intervention services in the IFSP at no cost to parents and Delivery of services in natural settings in the community where children of the same age are typically found, to the maximum extent appropriate. Provides an early intervention program and a preschool which is geared towards children with developmental, learning, or physical disabilities. The program is designed to develop and strengthen social and emotional skills through an integration of clinical and educational curriculum, including physical, occupational and speech therapies.

The Early Intervention program is a full day session and designed according to each child's Individual Family Service Plan. Also provides a one-to-one, home-based instruction. ABA Methodology is used.

Provides assessment and treatment for children who show signs of developmental delays or disabilities.

Provides developmental evaluations for young children, which is a comprehensive assessment of all areas of functioning including cognitive skills, motor development, communication, social/emotional development, and adaptive/personal care skills. The results of the evaluation, including a full written report, are shared with parents. If the child is eligible for services, it is determined the type, frequency and location of services. If appropriate, services can be offered in the home, daycare or preschool, or within a therapeutic setting such as a specialized school program.

Inspire offers evaluative and outpatient services for children with a variety of developmental delays or challenges and runs a highly regarded preschool program for all children. Children who have a developmental disability, are also eligible to receive services in our Article 16 Developmental Disabilities Clinic at 2 Fletcher Street in Goshen. Provides an early intervention program for young children who have a defined developmental disability, including screening, evaluations and services. The preschool program works with the child's school district to provide appropriate educational services to who have been diagnosed with a developmental disability.

Provides home-based early intervention programs for children ages 5 and under, case management, advocacy, short-term counseling, information and referral. Also offers vocational counseling, career guidance and educational and recreational youth services.

Provides multidisciplinary evaluation to determine if child is in need of services individual therapy sessions (speech, occupational and physical therapies) applied behavior analysis (ABA) and individual and group special education. Also offers parent workshops (educational and support groups) and consultations and conferences with parents. A Mommy and Me Class is also available. Services can be provided in home or at school.

Provides diagnostic assessment of very young children who are suspected of having developmental delays. Once an evaluation is complete a therapeutic plan is tailored to meet the child's needs and is referred to an early intervention program either on-site or in their local community.

Provides diagnostic evaluations to children birth to age three who are suspected of having developmental delay or have a medical diagnosis which can lead to developmental delay. Early Intervention provides therapies and other services to children and their families who require them based on state eligibility requirements. Therapy is provided as necessary. Provides a multidisciplinary evaluation for children 3-5yrs, a 2 1/2 hour integrated classroom with individual or group therapies. Also provides parent education programs and parent support group.

Provides advocacy and mediation services for a variety of conflicts, such as early intervention programs, lemon law disputes, agricultural issues, probation issues, housing problems, special education programs, and more.
