Provides education and public awareness to pre-teens and teenagers in order to reduce adolescent pregnancy through case management, crisis intervention, group and career counseling, peer education, after-school programs, etc.

A comprehensive teen pregnancy prevention program founded upon the "Stages of Life" concept from traditional Native American cultural teachings.

Public awareness/education about teen pregnancy prevention, HIV/AIDS, and sexually transmitted infections; school and community-based educational programming; linkage and referral to needed health services; and youth development activities.

Provides individual, youth, and family counseling, play therapy, co-parenting help for unmarried parents, adoption and foster care services, emergency food assistance, budget counseling, services to the elderly and their families, information and referral, advocacy, teen pregnancy services, and domestic violence classes if mandated by the court. Flex funds available to help with expenses like internet, cell phones, cleaning and hygiene products, and transportation. During the holiday season, provides assistance with coats, food vouchers to purchase ingredients for holiday meals, and toys/gifts for families who are not receiving gifts from Toys for Tots or Salvation Army.

Workshops for expectant and new parents to maintain healthy pregnancies, have positive birthing experiences, and transition well to becoming a parent.

Offers a 12-week program that focuses on encouraging abstinence in teenagers, along with teaching social skills, dealing with peer pressure, etc. Also works on enhancing communication and good relationships.

Educates students on teen pregnancy prevention, and alcohol and drug abuse, including helping those who are struggling with addiction.

A program which aims to encourage youth to engage in healthy behaviors early in life that reduce preventable chronic diseases, unwanted pregnancy and the incidence of sexually transmitted diseases. The youth participate in workshops and various activities, community service projects which help to build leadership skills and to help build up their community.

Provides prenatal and postpartum pregnancy care services, along with birth control counseling, natural family planning, pregnancy testings, and teen pregnancy prevention.

PACT serves the Village of Hempstead and surrounding communities. We focus on offering services to youth whom are at risk of unprotected sexual activity, early pregnancy, as well as pregnant and parenting teens. The PACT program works to provide teens with opportunities for cultural and education enrichment activities and case management that can support the development of personal goals.
