Additionally, helps people with cancer overcome financial access and treatment barriers by assisting them with co-payments for their prescribed treatments. Basic family monthly income and application form must be filled out.

Program is for children birth to 21 years of age who have a serious or chronic physical condition and who require health and related services of a type or amount beyond that typically required by children. Assists families in paying for medical expenses and insurance co-pays.

Provides direct financial assistance to insured patients who meet certain qualifications to help them pay for the prescriptions and/or treatments they need. This assistance helps patients afford the out-of-pocket costs for these items that their insurance company requires.

Helps Chenango County individuals when they are diagnosed with cancer and cannot afford treatment or the additional finantial burdons that come with treatment.

Provides financial assistance to help with prescription copays, health insurance premiums, deductibles and coinsurance, pediatric treatment costs and travel costs.
