Provides direct financial assistance to insured patients who meet certain qualifications to help them pay for the prescriptions and/or treatments they need. This assistance helps patients afford the out-of-pocket costs for these items that their insurance company requires.
Program is for children birth to 21 years of age who have a serious or chronic physical condition and who require health and related services of a type or amount beyond that typically required by children. Assists families in paying for medical expenses and insurance co-pays.
