DOES NOT COVER hospitalization or Emergency Room visits.* Pays health insurance premiums for individuals with HIV/AIDS through ADAP Plus Insurance Continuum (APIC).* Offers free home care for chronically dependent individuals with HIV/AIDS.* Maintains a hotline for AIDS and HIV questions.
