Provides screening and counseling services for senior citizens who are interested in reverse mortgage. Program allows eligible homeowners to take a 10-year loan against the appraised value of their home to generate monthly income.

Provides comprehensive housing counseling services to individuals and families. Services include credit counseling, budgeting, pre and post home ownership counseling, foreclosure prevention counseling, and resources for down payment assistance programs.

Citizens Inc. provides Medicaid Service Coordination(MSC) to people with developmental disabilities. Works with the person in the creation of an Individualized Service Plan (ISP) which outlines in detail every support to be accessed by and for the person. The plan is reviewed on a regular basis and updates are made as needed. They maintain steady communication with all service providers, provide links to services and supports, advocate for the person, and document all coordination activities.

Offers Medicaid Service Coordination which provides advocacy; linking people with intellectual/developmental disabilities to supports and services in the community; developing and updating individualized service plan with person, family and team.
