Satellite clinic located inside the Dale Association building, offering services once per month. Provides the services of a Certified Low Vision Optometrist for individuals with decreasing vision. A low vision evaluation differs from the routine eye exam provided by an ophthalmologist in that it works with patients to maximize their remaining functional vision through the use of optical devices. This may include special lenses, magnifiers, telescopes, lighting, and/or glare reduction. When an individual is experiencing difficulty with tasks or things they enjoy doing due to vision loss, a low vision evaluation may be beneficial.

A cancer support, information & referral center. Offers support, lending library of laptops, books and DVDs, comprehensive library of local, regional and national cancer support organizations for diagnosed patients, their caregivers and family/friends. Current and reliable information on cancer surgery, chemotherapy, radiation medicine, rehabilitation and survivor issues, research. Provides free wigs, scarves, hats and referrals to Look Good Feel Better services.

Provides evaluation and training of individuals with disabilities to help them obtain their NYS Driver's License, along with permit tutoring, adaptive equipment prescriptions as needed, vehicle/equipment assessments, and behind-the-wheel assessment and training.

Provides access to assistive technology to any New Yorker with a disability through Regional TRAID Centers. Documentation from a treating professional, a Doctor, Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist is required to process the loan to ensure that the device or equipment is safe and suitable for the individual to use. Provides outpatient services in audiology and speech-language pathology. Also has a Voice Care Center which focuses on vocal disorders caused by lesions, excessive tension, constant use by singers, teachers, salespeople, etc. neurological, paralysis, and other voice related problems.
