The ARTC is one of twelve Regional TRAID Centers (RTC’s) operating within the State of New York. The goal of the program is to improve access to, and acquisition of, assistive technology devices and services for persons with disabilities of all ages and all disabilities within Clinton, Essex and Franklin Counties.
