Those who have taken our course have increased their SAT scores by up to 360 points as a result of the courses proven test-taking strategies and intensive review. Offers High School Equivalency (HSE) Preparation and General Educational Development (GED) courses. Preparatory classes are available to students who are 17 years of age and older. Courses enable students to prepare for the GED, earn a high school equivalency diploma, improve educational skill levels and increase employment opportunities. The instruction and classes are specially designed and customized for the student’s skill level. Students work at their own pace with instruction in an individual or small group setting. Nassau Community College is a public test site for anyone needing to take the TEAS exam. You do not need to be applying to Nassau to take the exam with us. The Community Programs and Testing Center is our computer-based test center which provides a centralized, proctored test environment for GED Testing, TEAS, CLEP and DSST.
