Information and assistance is provided for establishing Health Care Proxies, Living Wills, Supplemental Needs Trusts, and accessing long term care services. SAIL provides information and assistance to persons with disabilities, family members, and other interested parties concerning Medicare, Medicaid, and long-term care insurance. The center also provides insurance counseling and advisement for choosing the most appropriate coverage, as well as information concerning co-insurance and gap policies.
