Serves as the Representative Payee for individuals who are unable to manage their own funds directly due to the nature of their disability. Case managers assist clients by assessing and meeting day-to-day financial needs, encouraging clients to access available services, and assisting clients with managing a wide range of financial issues.

Life Skills Advocates manage monthly SSI and SSDI benefits for consumers. Program ensures that SSI/SSDI consumers who need assistance with their finances have their basic housing and medical needs managed each month to make certain that they are safe and secure in their housing. After all basic housing and medical needs are paid, any surplus funds are provided to the consumers in weekly Personal Needs Allowance (PNA).
