Our Financial Literacy Program offers a step by step FREE education financial education on what not to do, how to fix your credit, what loans to choose from, and all the opportunities available at your finger tips. The Financial Capability program identifies the obstacles that prevent people from buying, helps them develop a plan and budget, and monitors the customer's progress towards overcoming the obstacles.
Pre purchase counseling. All aspects of purchasing a home as well as what to expect as a homeowner will be discussed.

Provides on-site emergency food pantry for residents of specific streets in Niagara Falls (call for details) and information on meal planning and budgeting. Also distributes food donations (separate from pantry services) three days per week; first come, first served. Items and quantities vary each week according to donations received, and are given out until they're gone. Provides back rent, mortgage, and utility payment assistance to low income residents of Niagara Falls when funds are available; funds are currently unavailable. Fair Housing Advocacy Program assists individuals who feel they are victims of discrimination when purchasing or renting a home. Provides information, assessment, and referral to the appropriate federal, state, or local human rights agency or court. Housing location services and landlord/tenant advocacy also provided. Individual advocacy, information and referral, application assistance, case management, asset management, and budget counseling available. Baby Needs Program meets the emergency needs of infants and very young children by providing them with a supply of diapers, infant formula, baby food, and baby care products. Limited quantities available.

The Angel Action Holiday Christmas Program provides clothing and gifts for children of all ages through a shopping event open to parents and grandparents. Support Brokerage services are offered to individuals with developmental disabilities who self-direct some or all of their services. A Support Broker assists the individual initially with developing a self-directed budget and then with the day-to-day management of self-directed services. A Support Broker provides support and training to individuals and their families regarding the ongoing decisions and tasks associated with self-direction. Fiscal Intermediary services include tasks which support a participant who self directs an individualized budget. This includes tasks such as billing and payment of approved goods and services, fiscal accounting and reporting, Medicaid and corporate compliance, and general administrative supports. The Fiscal Intermediary is the employer of record for staff hired by the participant know as "Self-Hired".
