Financial Education at Jericho Road includes two programs: Financially Fit and City Roots. Financially Fit offers financial education to refugee and American-born adults, empowering them and their families with the knowledge needed to successfully navigate American financial systems, manage limited resources, and embrace a healthy financial lifestyle. Curriculum centers around visual and experiential learning and teaches principals of banking, budgeting, paying bills on time, proper credit use, and savings. City Roots is Jericho Road's first-time homebuyer education program. This program is for both refugees and American-born adults.

Assists fathers and father figures who are incarcerated or at high risk of re-offending by promoting responsible parenting, helping sustain healthy marriages, and providing financial education for economic stability. Assists fathers and father figures to attain their goals by providing robust case management, necessary referrals, and personal support. Also provides employment assistance to individuals in need.

Works with dads--biological fathers, adoptive fathers, father figures, and grandfathers--of children up to 24 years old. Provides life skills training, life coach services, employability skills training, parenting skills training, 24/7 DADS class, and MoneySmart program to benefit dads. Works with dads both in the community and in incarceration. Incentives are provided to complete the training.

A free TRIO EOC program sponsored by SUNY Genesee Community College (GCC) that provides free support to aid community members in applying to, funding, and enrolling in further education. The purpose of the program is to help participants achieve their educational and career goals. Staff are knowledgeable and skilled in the fields of high school equivalencies, higher education applications and processes, state and federal financial aid, veteran and family-of-veteran education benefits, and scholarship opportunities available at the local, state, and national levels.
