The Homeowner's Hope Hotline provides advice, assistance and support to individuals and families who are struggling financially and at risk of losing their homes. The foundation also helps open the lines of communication between homeowners, their lenders, and available community resources. Part of the Hope Now alliance of HUD aproved counseling agents, Mortgage companies, investors and other mortgage market participants that provide free foreclosure prevention assistance.

The free TRIO EOC program sponsored by the U.S. Department of Education, hosted at SUNY Genesee Community College (GCC) provides free support to aid community members in applying to, funding and enrolling in further education. The purpose of the program is to help participants achieve their educational and career goals. Staff are knowledgeable and skilled in the fields of high school equivalencies, higher education applications and processes, state and federal financial aid, veteran and family-of-veteran education benefits, and scholarship opportunities available at the local, state, and national levels. Provides emergency assistance to individuals with an urgent need for food, personal care items, medication, or other assistance due to an unforeseen emergency; food vouchers provided. Works with clients on budgeting to prevent future emergencies. Provides group for separated/divorced parents and significant others who want to reduce conflict and effectively parent their children. Provides domestic violence classes for men whose participation is court ordered. These classes provide information on the impact of men's abuse of power on family members; men's violence against women in society and how to end it; the historical, societal and cultural aspects of domestic abuse, oppression, racism, and sexism; and community efforts to stop domestic violence at the local and national level. Provides help for homeowners who are either currently in either mortgage or tax foreclosure or for whom foreclosure is imminent. For those facing foreclosure, efforts are coordinated with local housing counseling agencies and banks to address financial and employment issues and to secure mortgage modifications, repayment plans, or forbearances before the initiation of any legal process. For those who have been served, LABB represents homeowners in active foreclosure proceedings.

Assists area residents in developing asset based thinking by providing financial literacy training, basic budgeting, and home appliance loans to combat predatory lenders. Loan programs and Cottage Industry Assistance Program target low to moderate income existing and prospective individuals. Chautauqua Microenterprise Loan Fund and the Women and Minority Microenterprise Loan Fund Programs help small businesses by providing small business start up and expansion loans. The small business incubator offers small businesses an opportunity to grow and stabilize with subsidies around rent, business services, and technical assistance. Program site serves as a Warming Center during times of excessive cold and as a Cooling Center during times of excessive heat. Always call ahead to make sure a Warming/Cooling Center is open before going there.

Offers support services to community members in financial crisis, including provision of food, pet food, clothing, household items, medical equipment exchange, limited prescription assistance, and medical transportation assistance. Other services include a monthly Mobile Food Pantry (open to anyone), budgeting assistance/financial education, and more.
