VOA provides affordable permanent housing in Binghamton for homeless families. Seven apartments are located at 240 Chenango Street in Binghamton and six apartments are located at Hamilton Street in Binghamton. Housing stability support services are also provided to families.

Provides emergency, temporary housing for homeless families in congregate setting. Housing is located in Brentwood, Central Islip and Huntington Station. Staff assist residents to obtain permanent housing and provide the following services: entitlement advocacy, life skill training and referrals to vocational/educational programs, mental health and substance abuse referrals. Affiliated with Transitional Services of New York for Long Island, Inc.

Offers safe, affordable housing with support services such case management, homelessness prevention planning, and employment assistance.

Offers a supportive 55 unit, transitional and permanent housing program for housing-vulnerable women and their children.

Offers a 76-unit transitional housing facility for homeless families. HELP Suffolk is the largest housing facility for the homeless on Long Island. The complex sits on seven acres of property and consists of four residential buildings, a community building, two playgrounds and a baseball field. HELP Suffolk has served over 4,000 families and places approximately 60 percent of families into permanent housing. Since its inception, approximately 500 individuals have secured employment in over 120 companies throughout Suffolk County. Available services include: Medical Services; Employment Services; Mental Health Services; Housing Placement Assistance; Early Childhood Education/Daycare; After School Programs; Homework Help/Tutoring; Client Case Management; Recreation; After-Care Services and On-Site Security. Units are available for people with disabilities.

Provides intensive case management and comprehensive education advocacy, including tutoring for veterans and families in a long-term housing program.

Provides safe, affordable apartment for individuals and families. Includes case management services that include intake/assessment and service planning, information/referral and follow-up. Provides alcohol/substance abuse and mental health referral Offers on-site drug and alcohol education, literacy training, employability assessments, and other services as needed.

* Provides supportive housing for families that have a member diagnosed with HIV/AIDS.

Offers financial assistance in addition to locating affordable housing. Provides rental deposit assistance, landlord/tenant mediation, short term rental assistance and budget planning.

* Assists families who are homeless or at high risk of becoming homeless. Services include:

• Utility assistance
• Temporary housing for homeless families
• Permanent housing for homeless families
• Budgeting and financial counseling
• Case management (home visits)

* Operates 21 units at, Monica Place with Case Management services, apartments are subsidies of RHA.* Provides permanent supportive housing for homeless families of any composition who have goals related to economic self-sufficiency, family stability, and maintaining sobriety, through services such as; On-site case management. Enforced accountability, including apartment inspections. Special events and celebrations within the community.
