Founded as a not for profit, 501c (3) tax-exempt corporation under New York State law, to provide support services to formerly homeless families who are still at risk: empower them to function independently serve as educational advocates for the children and advocate particular actions to meet their human needs. This includes housing, nutrition, childcare, education, and employment services, whenever and wherever appropriate.
