Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Program (TBRA) is rental assistance with the goal to support people experiencing homelessness identify and maintain permanent stable housing. The program assists people who are sleeping outside, have been in the emergency shelter system for longer than 30 days, or experiencing chronic homelessness. TBRA provides a security deposit, ongoing rental assistance based on household monthly income, and supportive services for up to 24 months. TCAction uses the Continuum of Care Coordinated Entry System (not individual program waiting lists) to fill vacancies for this program

Men from the homeless shelter who have acquired jobs can stay until they have the necessary finances to be self-supporting.Transitional housing offers more privacy but the men all live in a house together and share common rooms.
