COORDINATED ENTRY, TOMPKINS COUNTY | HUMAN SERVICES COALITION OF TC, INC.

Coordinated Entry is a system where clients who meet one of the definitions of homelessness can be referred to a waitlist of supportive housing resources in Tompkins County. The client has to complete the coordinated assessment with a trained provider.
