Recognized agency by Board of Immigration Appeals to process, file and represent clients before the United States citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) Immigration Court.Immigration attorneys and accredited representatives advocate on behalf of clients and work closely with the Catholic Legal Immigration Network (CLINIC). Cases include naturalization (citizenship) Legal permanent residency (green card), family petitions, adjustment of status, political asylum, victims of human trafficking, work authorizations, temporary protected status,(TPS), victims of criminal activity (U-Visas), deferred action for childhood arrivals (DACA), Legal Orientation for custodians (LOPC: In partnership with EOIR), Family Reunification Program, religious visas, VAWA cases fir battered spouses/children/parents, waivers (1-601, 1-601A, 1-212, 237 (h, etc.)

Provides immigration services which include fingerprinting and processing naturalization and green care applications. Serves as the liaison between County government and its large Hispanic population. Coordinates resources for the Hispanic community with the goal of educating, empowering and developing integration initiatives that will foster greater participation in Nassau County's social, economic, and civic life. Works with the County Executive's Office and other County agencies on the research, analysis, and implementation of policy to ensure that the Hispanic community is afforded equal opportunities, meaningful engagement, and access to Nassau County government. Address needs in the following areas: social services, domestic violence, child and elderly abuse, immigration, discrimination, housing, education issues, veterans affairs and crisis intervention.

Provides the following services for residents of Uniondale: emergency food, limited financial assistance, clothing/furniture requests, thrift shop, housing assistance, citizenship/immigration counseling, English as a Second Language classes, advocacy and referrals.
