Community Supports and Day Services are designed to provide enriching opportunities for people with developmental disabilities to enhance their social skills and their independence. Programs are responsive to new and changing interests of people receiving supports and their families. The menu of available supports focus on social skills, daily living skills, wellness, technology, music, and the arts. Participants are fully included in their communities through recreation and experiential learning.

Uses person-centered planning focusing on the needs and desires of the individual receiving services while striving for the highest quality of life. Develops an Individualized Service Plan (ISP) which outlines what goals the individual hopes to accomplish, the strategies to achieve these goals, and what support they will receive along the way. Plans are evaluated and updated as the individual progresses and to ensure all support and services are meeting the individual's needs. Also assists individuals with services such as future planning, residential planning, recreation, residential habilitation, day habilitation, reimbursement, adaptive equipment, and environmental modifications.

Staff is located on site who advocate for residents; connect them to services available in the community; provide independent living skills training, and facilitate social and recreational opportunities.
