Issues licenses for marriage, hunting, fishing, dog, clamming, peddlers, games of chance, bingo and taxis. Processes requests for parade permits, block parties, garage sales and going out of business sales. Acts as Registrar of Vital Statistics-responsible for recording all births and deaths in the town.
