Provides skilled nursing care, home health aides, personal care aides and homemaker services to the sick, frail, elderly or anyone in need of home health care and/or companion services in the five boroughs of New York City, Long Island and the County of Westchester. This includes, but is not limited to Hospice, EISEP clients, Mental Health and AIDS patients. Medicare patients can be served by Aides At Home in conjunction with one of our contracted certified agencies. Speakers roster with ongoing education for home health care workers.

Delivers planned and coordinated services to meet each patient's specific home health care needs including: registered nurses, home health aides, personal care aides, live-ins, and companions. Provides total case management including contacting the patient's physician, arranging for equipment needs and works closely with family to assure the best care for every patient.

Provides companionship and non-medical support services to those struggling with the challenges of aging and/or medical impairment. Support services include meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation to activities and appointments, shopping, errands, escort for walks and family gatherings and attention to well being.
