Provides Reference, Information and Referral, Readers Advisory and programs for children from birth through grade 6. Programs and services include Downloadable Books, Page Turners, arts and crafts, storytimes, and performances and films.

Provides a comprehensive early childhood developmental program for children ages 3-5 of low income families. Specific education, health and social services objectives focus on cognitive and intellectual development, physical and mental health, as well as the nutritional needs of the child.
