Provides comprehensive support services to individuals who are diagnosed with severe mental illness and who are unable or unwilling to utilize the traditional mental health system. Provides housing in apartments for persons with mental illness, for families with parent(s) living with mental illness, and those living with mental illness and HIV+. Client can access community services, develop skills for daily living when necessary, manage finances, and advocate for themselves.

Topics and schedule on our website. Peer Support Group: 2nd Wednesday, monthly, 7:30pm in Conference Rooms 1 & 2, Mather Hospital. For individuals labeled with mental health conditions only. Integrated Support Group: 3rd Wednesday, monthly, 7:30pm in Conference Rooms 1 & 2, Mather Hospital for family, friends, allies and individuals labeled with mental health conditions.

Provides adults with a psychiatric disability ages 18 and over with a single room in a community residence that offers varying levels of supervision and assistance.

Provides rehabilitation, vocational rehabilitation and support services including medication support, wellness management, integrated treatment for co-occurring substance abuse and mental health disorders, family education, supported employment, self help and peer support services.
