The Human Services Department is responsible for the East Hampton Town's Senior Programs and offers case management/resources and helps individuals gain access to services that help address their needs.

Offers meeting the first and thired Wednesday of each month at 7:00pm. Call for further information.

Offers adult day care programs which include dietary evaluation, continental breakfast, lunch, occupational and physical therapy, social work, pharmaceutical, dental, podiatry services, audiology, psychological services, ophathalmology, and door to door transport in handicapped accessible vehicles.

Provides professionals to address issues and interaction and peer counseling within the group. Group meets the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 1:30pm. Call for schedule/information.
