Provides a range of substance abuse treatment and support services for active duty personnel, veterans, and their families. Offers residential and outpatient substance abuse and mental health treatment services. Certified by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (NYSOASAS).

Assists veterans, members of the armed forces, their families and their dependents in securing benefits earned through military service.

Provides mental health services to active duty service members, National Guard and Reserve forces, and veterans who have separated or retired from any branch of military service. Also serves family members and loved one of those who have served in the military.Mental health professionals commit to provide free care for a minimum of one hour per week for one year. Clients are not required to provide insurance information or any other form of payment for the services rendered from Give an Hour volunteer mental health professionals. While Give an Hour is not a crisis service and does not offer emergency help, our providers can help in the following areas: Individual Services, Marital Services, Family Services, Group Counseling, Child and Adolescent Services, Parent Guidance, Post-Traumatic Street, Alcohol/Chemical Dependency, Pastoral Counseling, Grief and Loss, Traumatic Brain Injury, Anger Management, Anxiety, Separation/Divorce, and Sexual Abuse.To access Give an Hour services please visit www.giveanhour.org and select "Get Help" and fill out the criteria. The MS Centers of Excellence are dedicated to further the understanding of the disease, its impact on Veterans, and effective treatments to help manage MS symptoms. By partnering with Veterans, caregivers, and health care providers we hope to minimize disease impairment and increase the quality of life for Veterans with MS. Our goals are to improve the quality and consistency of health services delivered to veterans with MS across the country.
