Volunteers provide home delivered meals for the homebound, handicapped, chronically ill or convalescent persons in the community who are unable to prepare meals in Northern Brookhaven. Food prepared at St. Charles and Mather Hospitals and Port Jefferson Healthcare Facilities.

Provides one hot meal daily Monday through Friday through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program for homebound elderly in Southold Town. Frozen prepared meals are available for weekends if there is a demonstrated need. Also offers congregate dining five days a week/one meal a day. Transportation is available. Cooks certified by Suffolk County Department of Health. Funded by Southold Town, Suffolk County Office for the Aging and New York State Office For Aging.
