The Food Allergy Center is a comprehensive center for children with food allergies. Skin and CAP RAST testing, along with double blind, placebo controlled food challenges, are performed to identify allergy triggers. The staff provides counseling, educational materials and support to patients and families.

Protect Allergic Kids (PAK) is a nonprofit arganization and support group that provides a wealth of information on food allergies, anaphylaxis and allergic diseases including Eosinophilic disorders and Celiacs. The PAK program is available to parents, caregivers, teachers and anyone who knows a child affected by these medical conditions. Topics will be discussed including: how to recognize an allergic reaction, safe practices and support at school for food-allergic children, explanation of various food-allergic diseases and resources such as allergen-free foods and books. Offers Speakers Bureau for Schools, libraries, Daycare Centers, etc.
