Services include: Comprehensive autism diagnostic evaluations (for toddlers, children, adolescents and adults); Individualized psychotherapy (for children, adolescents, and adults with high-functioning ASD); Social skills groups (for all ages); and Milieu Communication Therapy (a language intervention focused on building prelinguistics and overall functional communication). The institute also is committed to providing ongoing support for family members and caregivers of children with ASD. These services include individualized counseling, outreach support, education about the needs of children with ASD, and assistance in utilizing community resources. The institute is also working on developing support groups for siblings of children and adults with ASD. In addition to the services provided, the institute is also active in a number of different research programs. Currently, the clinic is conducting a study on the effectiveness of Milieu Communication Therapy (MCT) in young children with ASD. There are also ongoing studies on the effectiveness of social skills intervention for children with ASD; the potential auto-immune connection for children with ASD; and possible Etiological relationships among the more than 100 families the institute has served thus far. Offers a 10 week session to promote positive peer relationships among children with an autism spectrum disorder and/or a developmental disability. The sessions are comprised of role playing, emotional recognition, social stories and scripting. This is a private pay program and the fee is based upon the families yearly income. Offers comprehensive inclusion/integration programming for children with language and autism spectrum disorders. Additional related services are offered along with parent education, psychological support services and comprehensive evaluations.

Enhances social skills of children who are on the autism spectrum in a recreational setting. Prevents social isolation for children who are often not part of peer play groups. Siblings welcome.

Provides educational services for severely handicapped preschool children ages 2 1/2-5. Offers full day therapeutic language-based programming. Specializes in helping children with severe language and autism spectrum disorders. Provides speech/language, occupational, and physical therapies, counseling, auditory training, and movement and music therapies. Services provided on a group/individual basis. Provides parent educational instruction and full evaluations for children and adults through Evaluation and Treatment Center.

Offers a respite and socialization program for children on the autism spectrum. Activities include arts and crafts, yoga, computer and group games. Call for more information.

Provides educational services for children with language and autism spectrum disorders in grades 9-12. Also offers speech language therapy, counseling, psychological services, rehabilitative services, vocational services, parent training and school health and nursing services.

Provides behavioral and educational consultation and support to individuals, families, and professionals based upon them principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our consultation services and trainings are designed to teach those who support individuals with autism and other special needs (school and agency personnel, family members/caregivers, community members) by providing effective education, training, and support within the frameworks of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS). Our Autism Supportive Environment program provides training and assistance to businesses and community organizations in designing environments which are more supportive for individuals with autism and other special needs and their families/caregivers.

Provides recreation respite services for families with developmentally disabled children ages 21 and under two Saturdays per month.
