Recognized agency by Board of Immigration Appeals to process, file and represent clients before the United States citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) Immigration Court.Immigration attorneys and accredited representatives advocate on behalf of clients and work closely with the Catholic Legal Immigration Network (CLINIC). Cases include naturalization (citizenship) Legal permanent residency (green card), family petitions, adjustment of status, political asylum, victims of human trafficking, work authorizations, temporary protected status,(TPS), victims of criminal activity (U-Visas), deferred action for childhood arrivals (DACA), Legal Orientation for custodians (LOPC: In partnership with EOIR), Family Reunification Program, religious visas, VAWA cases fir battered spouses/children/parents, waivers (1-601, 1-601A, 1-212, 237 (h, etc.)
