Provides a unique program designed for adolescents and their family who are committed to losing weight but who have had poor results with conventional diets or summer camps. The goals of the program are to help pre-teens and teens reach and maintain their ideal weight while making healthy lifestyle changes. ON TARGET offers a medically supervised 12 month program that promotes weight loss, and enables the family to develop a supportive home environment, which significantly improves the chances of long term success.
