Raises funds for the charities and organizations that serve the Manhasset community by public contributions from individuals and businesses in Manhasset, and to distribute those funds among participating charitable institutions. The organizations we fund bring relief and hope to our community. Over the years, your donation has: supported programs for children of the working poor, taught job skills to those with learning challenges, reduced senior loneliness, supported families coping with cancer, fed families struggling to make ends meet and raised awareness on mental health issues. The Fund may also, from time to time, distribute monies to non-participating charities on an emergency or special needs basis.

HEALTHLY NEIGHBORHOODS PROGRAM | CLINTON COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT

The Healthy Neighborhoods Program (HNP) is a grant-funded program designed to help improve the personal health, safety, and environmental living conditions of residents within Clinton County. HNP is able to do this through health and safety surveys that are conducted with participants of the program. The survey covers 5 main topics: fire safety, lead, indoor air quality, injury prevention, and asthma. Based on the outcome of the survey, and program eligibility, HNP may be able to provide the participant with various safety products as well as health and safety education.
