The libraries are main campus: Frank Melville Jr., Memorial Library, Stony Brook University, Stony Brook; Health Sciences Library HST level 3 room 136, 8034 Stony Brook University and Southampton Library, Stony Brook Southampton, 239 Montauk Highway Southampton. A visitor can use any of the materials in the library within the library, including our databases. You may be eligible to borrow through one of our Courtesy Borrower programs. Courtesy borrower’s privileges may be extended to patrons who are not enrolled or employed at Stony Brook University. Our Community Borrowing program extends borrowing privileges to Stony Brook University alumni, local (Nassau and Suffolk County) health practitioners and individuals with Community Borrower Cards for an annual fee. Participants in our Courtesy Borrowing program are eligible to borrow library books at all campus libraries.
