Crews within each county are responsible for the day-to-day road maintenance and operation of the state roadways within their jurisdiction, including repairing pot holes. Their work includes doing minor road or bridge repairs, removing snow/ice, repairing and replacing signs, repairing guide rail, and mowing grass.

Responsible for the physical upkeep and maintenance of all properties and roadways belonging to the City. Services include engineering issues, sewers, storm water management, snow removal, sanitation, highway maintenance, and street lighting. Also maintains information on recycling stations for certain household materials, chemicals, etc., and curbside pick-ups for recyclable materials and other items.

Maintains recharge basins and drainage structures under town jurisdiction. Responsibilities include ice control and snow removal, street leaf collections and sweeping program, highway engineering, street lighting and the Sign Shop.

Maintenance includes streetlights, repairing potholes, sweeping, drainage projects, road resurfacing, tree trimming and removal, maintenance of recharge basins and installing and maintaining catch basins. Also responsible for snow and ice removal.
