The mission of this local nonprofit is to support the arts and culture in Cortland County. The Cultural Council enables the public to access and enjoy art and music through events such as the annual Arts and Wine Festival, First Friday art nights, a Regional Photography Exhibit, classes and workshops, gallery openings, and bus trips to art and cultural venues in other areas.
