Provides a variety of fun, recreational, and support services to the older adults in the community. Some services include transportation equipped with a wheelchair lift for shopping, errands and medical appointments, exercise, arts and crafts, and more. A senior advocate is available, by appointment to help with benefits or insurance information, long term care, health issues, volunteer opportunities, help with filling out and understanding application forms, etc.

Provides nutritious meals, a reservation is required by noon the day before. A contribution of $4.00 is requested for people age 60+ and spouse of any age. Those under age 60 are charged $5.00 per meal. No one age 60+ or their spouse will be denied a meal due to an inability or unwillingness to contribute.Center provides various social activities including exercise groups, cards, games, crafts, trips and other special events.

Provides social activities and education, recreation, nutrition, and health programs for seniors living in the Village of Baldwinsville, the Town of Lysander, or the Town of Van Buren. Other services include defensive driving classes, tax services, notary public, information and referral, transportation (B'ville Express), legal services, health and wellness screenings, meals on wheels, senior lunch programs, and a lending library for books, video, and audio.

Offers three congregate dining sites to residents over 60. Nutritious meals are prepared by a registered dietician according to Health Department Meal Service Standards. Our three nutrition centers also provide residents with the opportunity to socialize and participate in a variety of activities, including: dancing, exercise, games, movies, and trips.

The Senior Citizen Group meets every Tuesday at the Center for socializing, humanitarian projects, cards, crafts, bingo, etc. The meetings are followed by light exercise to music, and lunch.

These clubs are: Club Moriches, Country Club, Fort Salonga, Fresh Start, Indian Head, Jericho, Kings Park, Mayfair, Mills Pond, Nichols, St. James, and Sunken Meadow. Clubs meet on scheduled days, although club names represent the area in which they meet you are not restricted to any specific club as long as you are a resident of Smithtown. A club leader assigned to each Club keeps members informed of activities, trips, programs, current legislation and county programs.

Town of Cornwall offers its Senior citizen residence a full service of recreational, social and wellness programs at the Senior Center.
