Serves as a Warming Center during times of excessive cold and as a Cooling Center during times of excessive heat. Always call ahead to make sure a Warming/Cooling Center is open before going there.

* Provides crowdfunded business loans of $1,000-$15,000 at 0% interest and with no fees. Borrowers use their loans for business expenses such as working capital, renovations, purchasing pieces of equipment, moving into store fronts, or hiring employees.
* Provides low-interest disaster loans to help businesses and homeowners recover from declared disasters. Physical Damage: Loans to cover repairs and replacement of physical assets damaged in a declared disaster. Economic Injury: Loans to cover small business operating expenses after a declared disaster.
Raising HOPE: a one-to one mentoring program to help women in need of support to develop and achieve educational or career goals in order to become financially stable and self-sufficient. A limited amount of financial assistance is available annually to address a mentee’s educational or career goals, or to maintain housing or financial stability. Must be a program participant for at least 6 months prior to submitting a financial assistance request.
