Offers various recreational activities throughout the Village of Youngstown and its parks. Provides free performances by the Fulton Community Band during the summer.

Free concerts every Friday from 6 PM to 8 PM at Canal Landing gazebo downtown Fulton. A variety of music is performed by different bands. Concerts start the last Friday in June and run until 4th Friday in August. Free stage band concerts at Bullhead Point on every other Thursday starting in July and ending in August.

Serves as a major teaching facility for the college's theater courses and is a training ground for young actors. Year-round, the stage is host for the production of children's theatre, storytelling, theatre for the deaf and an intimate forum for local playwrights and poets. The Playhouse is the site of community theater productions of musicals, dramas, comedies, cabaret acts, musical performances, dance troupes and comedians. Offers members of the community the opportunity to participate in a music ensemble. We produce and present outstanding and diverse professional and university sponsored performances, exhibits and educational programs in the areas of music, dance, theater, film, and fine art. All Staller Center Arts and Education Outreach programs are free of charge to the campus and community and fully supported by generous private donations to the Barbara N. Wien Fund and the Educational Outreach Endowment from individuals who value advancing the arts in young people’s lives. The Staller Center is dedicated to providing cultural arts experiences and educational opportunities to the local community and Stony Brook University students of all ages from preschool through young adult.
