Preserves and exhibits local history and presents programs on local history of Mattituck. Maintains five building on the site including two houses (1799) and (1841), a school house (1846), milk house (circa 1850), and a farm outbuilding with 19th century farm implements and machine on display. Permanent exhibit includes Indian artifacts recovered in Mattituck and a collection of 19th century quilts.
