Federally Qualified Health Center offering OB/GYN, social work, and nutritional counseling. Serves all populations with special focuses on the medically under-insured, uninsured, and those experiencing homelessness. Also provides free walk-in pregnancy testing, onsite lab, ultrasound, STD testing, health education/groups, blood pressure screening, transportation, and referral assistance. Provides transportation assistance to help clients get to appointments and referral assistance. ##REENTRY##

Outpatient clinic services include Adult Services, Alcohol and Substance Use Services, and Child and Adolescent Services. Available services include individual, family, and group therapy. Evidence-based practices are the treatment modalities of choice. People receiving services are encouraged to have their family or significant other participate as well. People receiving services are involved in the development of their treatment plan, as are their family/caregivers to the extent the person desires their involvement or when they are legal guardians. Services can be provided through telehealth as well as in-person. These options are provided in order to help facilitate access to appointments, deal with emergency appointments as needed, and to improve engagement. This program helps reduce cravings, drug-related violence and crime, HIV exposure, and high-risk sexual activity, providing an opportunity to focus on pursuing a positive, drug-free lifestyle. Medicated Assisted Treatment options for ages 18+ includes Buprenorphine (Suboxone), Vivitrol, Acamprosate, and Nicotine Replacement Therapies.

This program offers day and night rehabilitation services which include: support groups with discussions such as job readiness, relapse prevention, and former offenders; use of the twelve-step program; buprenorphine treatment as an alternative for heroin addiction and other opiate based drugs; and counseling services.
