Provides outpatient substance abuse services for individuals suffering from alcohol or drug related problems and their family members. Individual and family assessments, referrals for detox, and other treatments are available. Offers short and long term treatment groups, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) group, individual and family therapy. Also offers intensive outpatient treatment with medical enhancement available, and an opiate recovery program that includes suboxone treatment. Women's Services are provided through ongoing early intervention, case management, vocational placement services, HIV assessment, counseling, and linkage to ECMC AIDS Services. Expanded culturally sensitive services are available for African American populations, Hispanic populations, gay and lesbian populations, older adults/seniors, and others. Outpatient services are offered for individuals arrested for DWI offenses, with both short and long term intervention and treatment groups. Involvement of families is encouraged with treatment services provided through the Downtown Clinic at the same location. Length of program is 3-9 months. Substance Use Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program meets people where they are in their substance use and helps them become stable in early recovery. Addictions to all substances are treated, including marijuana, opioids, alcohol, nicotine, sedatives, cocaine, methamphetamine, hallucinogens, and others. In addition, the program treats related cooccurring mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. The Intensive Outpatient Program lasts six weeks. Individuals enrolled in the program come in person to attend group therapy sessions led by licensed clinicians 3 days per week for 3 hours each day. Admissions occur on a rolling basis so people may start as soon as they are ready.

Provides outpatient alcoholism counseling, treatment and education to individuals and their families. Services include assessment and evaluation, psychiatric evaluation, medication therapy and referral, and vocational counseling. Safe and supportive residence for men who have completed intensive residential or inpatient treatment and are transitioning back to independent living. Offers 2-person rooms with single beds, onsite fitness equipment and laundry facilities. Participation in ORC outpatient programs required. Offers an outpatient treatment program for individuals and families struggling with alcohol and drug addiction, including gambling, and those with a dual diagnosis of alcohol/drug addiction and mental illness.
