* Provides Comprehensive substance use disorder evaluations for individuals who are in need of assessing their treatment needs. * Operates Outpatient Services.* Offers Medication Assisted Therapy to include Suboxone, and naloxone, additional options are available. M.A.T. assessment is available.* Offers Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).* Facilates Education Therapy Program: educates those who have experienced problems in their life as a direct result of their alcohol/substance abuse. * Provides Relapse Prevention Program.* Offers Adolescent Outpatient Program.* Offers Outpatient Peer Support Program.* Provides Family Education/Support Program: support for those seeking information about substance use disorder and individual counseling.* Offers several school base programs:School Based Prevention Program (SPORT) provided to K-12. Too Good for Violence (TGFV) for K-8 students.School Based Intervention Program (Adolescent).* Offers Counseling services for substance use disorders to inmates at Cayuga County Jail.

Provides drug, alcohol, and tobacco prevention and empowerment to youth in the community.

Offers prevention based programs and services in an individual or group setting to local school districts. Programming includes, behavior management, attendance issues, bullying prevention and intervention, mentoring, peer mediation, aggression reduction, drug and alcohol prevention, leadership, and resiliency skill building.

* Provides access to MOUD (Medications for Opiate Use Disorder) - Suboxone. * Offers overdose prevention training, overdose aftercare counseling, drug checking, and safety planning services. * Offers on-site free Narcan (naloxone) training and kit access. * Assists individuals with accessing other substance use treatment services. * Offers training to providers to ensure cultural comprehensiveness of services for medical, behavioral health, and substance use services for people who use and inject drugs.

Offers school-based curricula utilizing evidence based information within 13 school districts in Saratoga County. Provides education on alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs as well as bullying, and violence prevention, internet safety, and conflict resolution

Provides prevention education in community environments, the school environment, and focuses on family and peer relationships by increasing social and self-competency skills, adoption of pro-social attitudes and behaviors, and awareness of the harmful health, social, and psychological consequences of drug abuse.

Offers programming that assists in developing young people's capacity to engage in positive behaviors that nurture their own well-being, set personal goals, and live successfully as self-sufficient adults. Provides targeted education and prevention regarding internet safety, teen pregnancy, and substance use.

Provides access and advocacy to eligible health and human services to farmworkers and their families in Jefferson, Lewis, Onondaga, and Oswego counties.

Addresses the opiate epidemic problems in the community through the Oneida County Opiate Task Force. Works on suicide prevention in the community by strengthening the coordination and accessibility of services, providing awareness of suicide prevention facilitated by the Oneida County Suicide Prevention Coalition. Provides navigators to help those affected by addiction, and to navigate treatment, insurance and area support.

* Helps young adults learn about their substance use disorder, how to deal with peer pressure, improve self esteem, and how to have fun without the use of alcohol or other drugs.

* Features individual therapy once a week, group-therapy sessions up to twice weekly, and Family Day once a month.
