Alamo provides alcohol and drug abuse education and awareness, including driving while intoxicated information. Also offers information on treatment options, such as Alcoholics Annonymous (AA) meetings, detox, and treatment programs.

Provides services to help youth achieve and maintain healthy, active lifestyles through the following programs:Healthy Habits - Designed for kids to incorporate healthy living and active learning, and emphasizes good nutrition, regular physical activity and improving overall well-being. NetSmartz - Teaches Internet safety skills through engaging multimedia activities and offline interaction with Club professionals in age-appropriate modules.SMART Moves - A prevention/education program addresses problems such as drug and alcohol use and premature sexual activity.

Provides free Narcan training and access to free Narcan to reverse the effects of an opioid overdose.

Provides alcohol and drug abuse and problem gambling awareness and education to community groups interested in learning about current substance abuse and gambling issues, prevention strategies, and mobilizing to deal with community concerns and goals relating to alcohol and drug addiction and problem gambling.

Provides information and services to family, friends and person experiencing Opioid/Heroin related issues. Addresses the opiate epidemic problems in the community through the Oneida County Opiate Task Force. Works on suicide prevention in the community by strengthening the coordination and accessibility of services, providing awareness of suicide prevention facilitated by the Oneida County Suicide Prevention Coalition. Provides navigators to help those affected by addiction, and to navigate treatment, insurance and area support.
