The DFC program, in collaboration with the Communities That Cares (CTC) Coalitions, aims to reduce substance abuse among youth by addressing community factors that increase the risk of substance abuse and promoting factors that minimize the risk of substance abuse. The CTC Coalition includes individuals from all sectors of the community who work together to reduce risk factors and strengthen protective factors through education, enforcement, and policy initiatives. The program's primary goal is to decrease a youth's involvement with the juvenile-justice system by addressing behaviors that may range from truancy, substance-use disorders, criminal activity, or other common antisocial behaviors.

The Student Assistance Program (SAP) is positioned throughout local school districts in Rensselaer County. Student Assistance Program team members are master level substance abuse prevention counselors who use science-based programming. This program is funded through New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services.

Provides education, resources, and drug-free options to youth to help become healthy adults. The purpose is to prevent, reduce, and delay the onset of substance use amount Schuyler County youth by collaborating with community partners, promoting prevention education and substance-free activities, and implementing environmental strategies.

The County STOP-DWI incorporates various local efforts to reduce alcohol and other drug related traffic crashes, funded through fines collected from violators. Programs include traffic safety, prosecution of offenses, and treatment services.

Girls Circle, helps adolescent girls deal with a variety of issues that include bullying, the pressures of social media, early puberty, gender exploration and binge drinking. SPORT, single-session substance use prevention program, includes physical activity, sports participation, and practicing stress control. Support for Students Exposed to Trauma, 10-session intervention for youth who have been exposed to traumatic events and are suffering from symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder for adolescent's grade 6-12. Teen Intervene, a brief early interventions for teens who display the initial stages of alcohol or substance use involvement, for adolescent's grades 6-12. Vape Intervention, students explore motivations for using e-cigs, gain knowledge about the risks of vaping nicotine or other substances. Adult services: Empowered Health Consciousness. Ripple Effect of Thriving, group sessions for adults. Resilience and Thriving, offers resilience skills and go from coping to thriving for adult caregivers 18 years and older.

Provides access and advocacy to eligible health and human services to farmworkers and their families in Jefferson, Lewis, Onondaga, and Oswego counties.
