Education and counseling are provided for families and significant others. Outpatient chemical dependency program specializes in groups for dual diagnosed populations. Provides outpatient substance abuse services for individuals suffering from alcohol or drug related problems and their family members. Individual and family assessments, referrals for detox, and other treatments are available. Offers short and long term treatment groups, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) group, individual and family therapy. Also offers intensive outpatient treatment with medical enhancement available, and an opiate recovery program that includes suboxone treatment. Women's Services are provided through ongoing early intervention, case management, vocational placement services, HIV assessment, counseling, and linkage to ECMC AIDS Services. Expanded culturally sensitive services are available for African American populations, Hispanic populations, gay and lesbian populations, older adults/seniors, and others. Outpatient services are offered for individuals arrested for DWI offenses, with both short and long term intervention and treatment groups. Involvement of families is encouraged with treatment services provided through the Downtown Clinic at the same location. Length of program is 3-9 months. Offers comprehensive alcohol and drug addiction rehab services to individuals and families, with inpatient and outpatient programs to support patients with their needed level of care. All treatment programs provide state-of-the-art medications to treat addictions, as well as counseling and other support. A one-stop program that affords patients convenient access to primary care, behavioral health treatment, addiction screening, health and wellness education, fitness activities, community support services, and financial and health insurance counseling all under one roof.

Supervised 16 bed halfway house for adult males affected by alcohol and/or substance use. In addition to residential services, this program provides case management, intake, assessment, referral and on-site outpatient counseling for persons affected by alcohol and/or other drug use disorders, as well as co-occurring disorder (substance use and mental heath) programming. Vocational/educational services are provided through outpatient services. Self help meetings offered on and off site.

A 20-bed program providing stabilization services in a residential setting to men and women over 18, targeting individuals in need of medically supervised detoxification services; individuals experiencing mild withdrawal or significant urges for illicit substances that cannot be managed in an outpatient setting; and/or individuals who need residential care.

Provides a full range of confidential counseling services including group and individual counseling, case management, vocational educational counseling, discharge planning, comprehensive evaluation and assessment, and referral services to other levels of care.

Provides up to 12 months of intensive and comprehensive evidence-based treatment for youth and young adults who struggle with thoughts of suicide.
