Provides addiction rehabilitation services including detoxification, chemical dependency evaluations, intensive outpatient programming, chemical dependency groups, and inpatient chemical dependency rehabilitation.

* Offers medically supervised withdrawal management (aka detox) Inpatient service. * Offers medically monitored intensive inpatient rehabilitation program and services, Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient treatment programs.* Provides specialized professionals and uniformed professionals programming designed to meet the needs of these patients' specific needs.* Offers individual therapy that includes patient-centered treatment plans for patients that establish, guide, and assess their progress in treatment.* Offers family conference services during treatment.* Provides a family program that offers support and education on the impact of substance use disorders.

* Provides outpatient treatment for substance abuse and chemical dependency. Crisis intervention. Co-occurring disorders. Family program. Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Adolescent treatment therapy. DMV evaluations. Specialized gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender (GLBT) program.

* Offers substance use evaluation and individualized treatment for adolescents and adults. Services offered include: Adolescent Services (works around school schedule). Opiate Dependence Group. Buprenorphine/Suboxone and Vivitrol Therapy. Relapse Prevention. Awareness and Dependence Groups.

* Provides community mental health services Inpatient and outpatient mental health care and/or addiction recovery and support services. Substance abuse assessment.

* Provides an adult outpatient services clinic that includes: Screening, assessment and diagnosis, including risk management. Health screening and collaborative care/referrals to primary care. Peer support, counseling services and family support services. Connections with other providers and systems including criminal justice, education, foster care, child welfare, primary care facilities and hospitals.

* Provides integrated outpatient mental health clinic that offers adult and child psychiatry, psychological testing, group and individual psychotherapy, case management, health monitoring services and comprehensive substance use disorder treatment including Suboxone and other Medication Assisted Treatments. Youth counseling. School-based assessment, counseling, and referral services for youth experiencing personal problems, family problems, alcohol and/or other drug-related issues are offered. Prevention education services are taught to a universal school population. Alcoholism program. Alcohol and other drug evaluations, adolescent services, impaired driver services, individual counseling, group counseling - specific to identified needs, integration of services between Addiction and Mental Health Clinics, forensic services, vocational/educational counseling, family therapy, and referrals.

Provides face to face or telephone assessment and referrals for alcohol, tobacco, drugs and problem gambling.

* Provides inpatient substance abuse and chemical specialty rehabilitation. Services include: Evaluation at local office for inpatient and after-care programs. Medically supervised detoxification. Provides a comprehensive assessment and offers a diagnosis along with recommendations for follow-up care.

Provides both inpatient and outpatient care for individuals with alcohol dependency and substance abuse issues. Provides Primary Unit setting for support during substance withdrawal, educational lectures and workshops. Offers group and individual counseling along with nutritional and relapse prevention. A 20-bed program providing stabilization services in a residential setting to men and women over 18, targeting individuals in need of medically supervised detoxification services; individuals experiencing mild withdrawal or significant urges for illicit substances that cannot be managed in an outpatient setting; and/or individuals who need residential care.

Comprehensive outpatient substance abuse services with individual and group treatment.

* Offers evaluation and assessment for substance abuse.* Provides outpatient drug and alcohol treatment. Chemical abusers groups, issues of DWI, evaluations, etc. Intensive outpatient. Aftercare. Multi-Family group. Family therapy.* Offers methadone maintenance treatment and rehabilitation program. For those addicted to opiates (heroine and other opiates). Continues for an indefinite time (one to two years).* Offers MICA outpatient program.

* Offers immediate response services including overdose prevention, treatment, and community recovery support for addiction to prescription opioids and illicit drugs such as heroin. Helps those in crisis and reduce opioid-related deaths. Mobile Crisis Team & Telehealth Support The FLACRA Mobile Crisis Team responds throughout the Finger Lakes region, providing onsite emergency support for those in crisis who are without transportation. The mobile van offers telehealth video conferencing with doctors, nurses, and clinicians. Medication Assisted Treatment & Peer Support Medication Assisted Treatment uses medication, counseling, and behavioral therapies to provide a whole-patient approach to treatment. Peer support is an integral part of this service and available to clients 24/7.
