The Right Way program provides drug and alcohol assessments when the Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) Drug and Alcohol Regulations are violated. In addition, a Qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) conducts Reasonable Suspicion Training for supervisors. D.O.T. consultations are available upon request. The Right Way is available to non-D.O.T. companies to meet their drug and alcohol policy needs.

Provides up to 12 months of intensive and comprehensive evidence-based treatment for youth and young adults who struggle with thoughts of suicide.

Offers psychiatric evaluation, assessment, and diagnosis for individuals suffering from addiction. Includes outpatient detoxification and psychiatric pain consultation. Pain Service is holistic and multidisciplinary, with pain and addiction psychiatry fellows, neurology, and internal medicine residents. Provides buprenorphine maintenance.

An outpatient treatment center offering: assessments, psychiatric evaluations, medication management and ancillary withdrawal (suboxone induction & maintenance.) along with outpatient individual and group treatment services for adults, young adults/adolescents and significant others/family members. Specialized programs include but are not limited to: women, co-occurring disorders, DWI's, criminal justice population, domestic violence and young adults/adolescents.

Provides substance use disorder and mental health treatment. Services include substance use disorder evaluation, treatment including individual and group therapy, medication assisted treatment (MAT) including Buprenorphine (Suboxone), Vivitrol, and Naltrexone, drug and alcohol testing, mental health counseling and medication management, family counseling, adolescent counseling, peer support, and impaired driver evaluation. Provides outpatient substance abuse services for individuals suffering from alcohol or drug related problems and their family members. Individual and family assessments, referrals for detox, and other treatments are available. Offers short and long term treatment groups, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) group, individual and family therapy. Also offers intensive outpatient treatment with medical enhancement available, and an opiate recovery program that includes suboxone treatment. Women's Services are provided through ongoing early intervention, case management, vocational placement services, HIV assessment, counseling, and linkage to ECMC AIDS Services. Expanded culturally sensitive services are available for African American populations, Hispanic populations, gay and lesbian populations, older adults/seniors, and others. Outpatient services are offered for individuals arrested for DWI offenses, with both short and long term intervention and treatment groups. Involvement of families is encouraged with treatment services provided through the Downtown Clinic at the same location. Length of program is 3-9 months.
