This service offers 24-hour access to behavioral health and outpatient detox treatment assistance. Medical assessment and evaluations are offered to develop individualized treatment and recovery plans. In addition, this service has 13 respite beds for up to 7 day stay for individuals in crisis, withdrawal, or transitioning from a higher level of behavioral health care but do not need hospitalization.

The Right Way program provides drug and alcohol assessments when the Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) Drug and Alcohol Regulations are violated. In addition, a Qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) conducts Reasonable Suspicion Training for supervisors. D.O.T. consultations are available upon request. The Right Way is available to non-D.O.T. companies to meet their drug and alcohol policy needs.

Certified by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (NYS OASAS). All services are strictly confidential. The Amherst facility is in the Sheridan Center Plaza at the corner of Sheridan Drive and Sweet Home Road. It is located next to Allstate.
