Provides counseling services to children, youth, adults, couples and families focusing on family relationship, parenting, and substance abuse. Offers an Employee Assistance Program as well as Teen Aggression Reduction to address bullying and issues surrounding youth violence.

* Offers Naloxone Co-payment Assistance Program (N-CAP), an important pharmacy benefit for all New Yorkers who have prescription coverage through their health insurance plans. Co-payments for naloxone in an amount up to $40 for each prescription dispensed will be billed to N-CAP, not to the individual getting naloxone.

• Naloxone, the drug that reverses overdoses from opioids such as heroin and many prescribed pain relief medications, is now available in more than 2,600 pharmacies throughout New York State. Individuals who are themselves at risk for an overdose or their family members or friends may acquire naloxone in these pharmacies without bringing in a prescription.

Provides outpatient services for dually-diagnosed clients in addiction recovery. Services include medication assisted therapy, evaluations and assessments, group and individual counseling, medication management, care coordination, and discharge planning.

* Offers the provision of funds for county departments and local agencies sponsoring anti-drinking and driving programs.* Provides information and referral for DWI and Traffic Safety issues.* Compiles statistics on DWI arrests, convictions, crashes and fatalities.* Provides Victim's Impact Panel for offenders.* Provides oversight for misdemeanor DWI.* Provides Ignition Interlock Devices.

Works to identify barriers and develop solutions through multisector partnerships to reduce overdoses in Broome County. This is accomplished by community education, reducing stigma, amplifying the voice of persons who use drugs, and promoting harm reduction.

* Provides a twenty-five (25) bed, co-ed 820 residential program including opportunities for individuals to improve their health and wellness. The levels of care include: Stabilization, Rehabilitation and Re-integration.

* Provides evidence-based curriculum and single-session workshops for youth and families designed to prevent conduct disorders, use of illicit drugs, alcohol, and cigarettes, and risky sexual behaviors by improving family function.

Focuses on law enforcement, prosecution, adjudication (court and probation), rehabilitation treatment, and public information in relation to issues of drinking and driving.

* Provides medical supervision of withdrawal from alcohol and other drugs. * Provides inpatient rehabilitation. The average length of stay ranges from 5-7 days, for inpatient 14-28 days, depending on each person's individual treatment plan. Medical and counseling staff are on-site 24 hours per day. Individual and group counseling is combined with medical care and bed rest. The facility has 53 beds.

Provides open access, after hours evaluation and treatment options for individuals seeking help for substance use.

* Offers an intensive outpatient program for those that require more intensive therapy to achieve abstinence than is found in a traditional outpatient program.

* Provides outpatient substance use disorder counseling that includes a thorough evaluation to determine if substance use disorder treatment is recommended.

Toll free, anonymous and confidential telephone line for those needing help with problem gambling, drug abuse or alcoholism issues. Services Include: crisis and motivational interviewing for callers in need referrals to prevention and treatment providers 48-hour call back when requested informational materials

Provides school-based prevention counseling, social-emotional learning, life skill training, bullying prevention, and information and referral.

Provides outpatient and intensive outpatient services for individuals ages 16 and over suffering from substance use disorder.

* Provides Health Home services through a group of health care and service providers. Enrolled individuals will work with a care manager to develop an individualized care plan.* Assists individuals with: Coordinating care through communication with other providers. Advocating on their behalf to receive care. Navigating the healthcare system. Connecting to mental health and substance abuse providers. Connecting to needed medications. Linking to resources for finding affordable housing, benefits, food, clothing, childcare, transportation. Learning more about activities to improve health. Identify goals and ensure all providers involved in care understand the goals and care plan.

Provides 6 to 9 months of faith-based residential rehabilitation program for men who are committed to overcoming their drug and alcohol addiction. Residents receive spiritual discipleship, substance abuse education, advocacy, work therapy, vocational, educational training, and counseling.

Provides support and education to develop the skills students need to make healthy decisions when facing the increasing challenges of stress, peer pressure, and temptations, and to learn to treat others respectfully and get along peacefully.
