Supportive housing funds are targeted to three populations: Those leaving Psychiatric centers. Program is provided in collaboration with Capabilities and is A NYS OMH-licensed comprehensive PROS Program. Clients receive Community Rehabilitation and Support (CRS) services; Intensive Rehabilitation (IR) services; Ongoing Rehabilitation Support (ORS) services; and Clinical Treatment (CT).

Provides supervised living programs for 32 residents on the grounds of Pilgrim Psychiatric Center and 44 residents in four houses in the community. Vocational training, volunteer placement, employment, day treatment or continuing education are encouraged. Emphasis is on ADL and enhancing socialization skills. Specialized programs are also available for MICA, and low motivated residents.

Provides 24 hour supervision at local community sites for adults with mental illness. Services provided at each site are restorative services, symptom management, community living skills, information and referral, crisis management, medication education and monitoring, and community integration. Staff provides supportive assistance and instruction in daily living skills and use of community resources. There are ten residences located in Nassau and Suffolk County. Transportation provided to local day treatment services.
