Provides peer support and self-help mental health services to meet the immediate and long term needs of all mental health service recipients and psychiatric survivors by providing direct concrete services, advocacy and support opportunities. Services include: peer support, The Phone Link Warm Line, Consumer Representation, a self-help library resource center and self-help groups. Offers a Consumer Link newsletter.
